Park City, UT Water Damage

A toilet backup caused a disaster in this home which flooded a few of the rooms and closets. Unfortunately the carpet had to be removed since the water damage was came from the sewers.

Although this home didn't look too bad in the before picture, there was enough sewage to merit the removal of the carpet. The tile was underneath the carpet which we were able to save and disinfect. The homeowners will be rebuilding from the water damage but will keep this room tiled as it will look nicer and be easier to clean in the future.
